    Farrah Young serves a dual role for FPR. Her main role with the agency is in the personal lines division as a Customer Service Agent with a focus on high net worth accounts. She also serves as the liaison for the company in the areas of technology and information. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Farrah graduated from Troy University with a degree in Psychology. She has also earned her masters in that field from Argosy University. Farrah has ten years of personal lines experience (7 with FPR) and is an avid fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Boston Red Sox.

    Amber Holder started her insurance career in 2003 and has experience in both Personal and Commercial Lines. She joined Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg in 2008 where she currently holds a customer service agent position in Personal Lines. She and her husband, Brad, reside in Clarksville with their son, Landen.

    Sylvia started her insurance career in 1966 with the Aetna Insurance Company. Within a year she joined the independent insurance agency system as part of The Tankard Company and has worked as a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent ever since. She joined Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg in 1990 when The Tankard Company became part of Fridrich & Associates. A lover of horses, camping and the outdoors, Sylvia is the longest tenured member of the FPR team with over 20 years of service. She and her husband are proud grandparents of four.

    Val started her insurance career in 1987 and has both company and agency commercial lines experience working in the states of Florida, Alabama and now Tennessee. She also headed the Commercial Lines Marketing Department while working for the Flowers Agency in Alabama. She has made Nashville her home and joined Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg in August of 2006.

    With over 30 years of insurance experience, Dolly specializes in the commercial insurance market. Her commitment to the insurance industry is represented in the designations she has achieved as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC). Dolly is the current President of The Insurors of Nashville and also serves as Director of Region II for The Insurors of Tennessee. Dolly’s tenure at Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg began in September, 1999 as Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.

    Teresa currently serves as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent and is responsible for the marketing, placement and servicing of all types of commercial accounts. She has 33 years of commercial insurance experience and spent 20 of those years with Willis working with a variety of commercial accounts that included manufacturers, restaurants, private schools, and municipalities. She is familiar with a wide range of commercial insurance products including All Lines Aggregate Programs, Self Insured Retention Products, Retro Programs, Large Deductible Programs as well as First Dollar Programs. She is experienced in working with loss control and claims to coordinate the customer service needs of the client. Teresa has served on the Mid-TN Chapter Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Board of Directors for the past five years and teaches various commercial insurance courses for the American Insurance Institute.

    Margaret began her career in 1967 with National Life and Accident Insurance Company working in the Underwriting and IT Departments. She joined FPR in 2003 as the Agency receptionist and also assists the Habitational Department’s in issuing Certificates of Insurance.

    Debbie Lowenthal has been the Accounting Manager with Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg since 2006. She has worked with the Fridrich family since 2000 in various accounting capacities. Debbie has over 30 years accounting experience in industries ranging from real estate to nonprofit organizations. She is also owner of Association Resources, Inc. an association management company specializing in nonprofit organizations. A native of Springfield Tennessee, she is married to Jay Lowenthal, a real estate broker in the Nashville area.

  • Linda S. Evans

    Linda’s insurance career started in 1978 while working for CNA Insurance in the Life and Health Division. After several years of managing the administrative staff, she became involved in agency management joining Maurice Pinson’s staff as Administrative Assistant in 1985. Linda received a Presidential Citation from the Insurors of Tennessee for outstanding service to the industry.
    She serves as the executive assistant to both Chip Fridrich and Maurice Pinson at FPR and handles many behinds the scenes administrative tasks involving outreach, marketing, customer care, and human resources.

Alden began her insurance career in 1996 at Farmers Insurance Group. After working for Farmers and Nationwide Insurance, Alden moved to an independent insurance agency. She has experience working in Personal Lines, Claims and Commercial Lines. In 2008 she attained the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and is currently working toward her Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation.

    Bob entered the life and heath insurance industry in 1972 as a career agent. After just 3 years he was promoted to sales manager, and in 3 more years became Managing General Agent. In 1984 Bob and Jerry Fridrich formed Fridrich and Howard Insurance Services to offer life, medical, disability, annuities, and group products to their clients. Bob is active with several civic and charitable organizations. In his spare time he writes and performs children’s music as “GrandBob.”
